How do customers join?
They scan your QR code, tap the stamp card and type their name and email. The card opens on their phone straight away, and an email keeps a link to it, so a new phone or a cleared browser never loses their stamps.
How do staff add a stamp?
The customer taps “Show to staff” and staff scan the code on their phone with the till phone or tablet. Pair a device once, or give each team member their own staff login, which only opens the till: no dashboard, no billing, no customer list.
A gap between stamps (30 minutes by default) stops a card being stamped twice by mistake, and every stamp can be undone.
What rewards can I set?
Anything you like, in your own words:
- A main reward when the card is full, such as a free coffee after 9 stamps or a free haircut after 6.
- Smaller rewards on the way, so regulars have something to look forward to sooner.
- A rule shown on the card, like “1 stamp for every ₹500 spent” or “1 stamp per visit”.
- A birthday reward, with a short birthday email inviting them in.
- A free stamp for a customer's first private feedback.
Is there an option without stamps?
Yes. A members club lets customers join for a birthday reward and the perks you show on their card, with no stamps to collect. Or run refer a friend on its own: each member shares a link, their friend gets your welcome offer, and the member gets a reward once the friend has been in.
Who sees the customer list?
Only you. Members agree to their card, rewards and birthday emails when they join; you can export the list as a spreadsheet, and anyone can delete their own card from its page. The privacy notice follows India's DPDP Act.
