Private customer feedback, before it becomes a review

Private customer feedback is a note a customer sends only to you, not to Google. Tapmore puts a feedback box on your QR page: customers write what went well or wrong, anonymously if they like, with an optional photo. You read it in your dashboard, and every customer is also invited to review you on Google.

Why ask for private feedback?

Most unhappy customers never complain; they just don't come back, or they leave a review. A private box gives them an easy way to tell you first, while you can still fix it, and tells you what to change.

Is that allowed by Google?

Yes, as long as everyone gets the same invitation to review you, which is how it works here: every customer who leaves feedback is invited to Google too, whatever they wrote. Filtering out unhappy customers before Google (“review gating”) isn't allowed, and Tapmore doesn't do it.

How do I keep up with it?

Feedback lands in your inbox in the dashboard, sorted into needs attention, mixed and happy. Each week, a short AI summary sums up what customers liked, what went wrong and one thing to try.

Questions people ask

Can customers stay anonymous?

Yes. They can leave their name or contact out; only you see the note.

Can feedback earn a stamp?

Optionally, a member's first feedback can earn one stamp. Later feedback earns nothing, so stamps can't be collected from home.
