Why reply to every review?
A reply tells the reviewer, and every customer reading after them, that you listen. Unanswered bad reviews look ignored; a calm, quick reply often matters more to the next customer than the review itself.
What do the replies say?
One to three short sentences, specific to what the reviewer wrote. Good reviews get thanks and an invitation back. Bad reviews get a plain apology and an invitation to come back or get in touch, with no arguing, no blame and no promises of refunds or discounts.
Replies never invent facts about your business, never mention AI, and for clinics and pharmacies never confirm that someone is a patient or mention a health detail.
How much control do I keep?
As much as you want:
- Switch off automatic replies to good reviews, and every reply waits for you.
- Or let 1–3★ replies post automatically too.
- Edit any draft before it goes out, or write your own.
- Reviews from before you connect are never answered automatically.
- Disconnect any time: access is revoked at Google and the saved reviews are deleted.
How do I get more reviews in the first place?
Your QR page invites every customer to leave a Google review, after they've had a chance to send you private feedback. Unhappy customers can tell you first; everyone gets the same invitation, as Google's rules require.
