Google review reply tools for Indian businesses, compared

You can reply to Google reviews yourself for free, use a reply-only tool such as Replykar, or use Tapmore, which replies as part of a QR page that also brings in the reviews. Whichever you choose, every review deserves a reply, and bad ones deserve a human check before anything is posted.

How we compared them

We make Tapmore, so read this knowing that. Every fact about another product comes from its own website or a listing it controls, read on 31 October 2026; prices change, so check their page before you buy. Where we don't know something, we say so instead of guessing.

Replying yourself

Every Business Profile owner can reply to reviews from Google Search or the Google Maps app, free. It's the best option if you get a few reviews a week and enjoy writing replies. The hard part is consistency: busy weeks slip by, and unanswered reviews pile up at the top of your profile. Our free review reply generator writes a draft in English, Hinglish or Hindi to speed it up.

Replykar: a reply-only tool with a Hinglish tone

Replykar's Product Hunt page says it automatically replies to your Google Business reviews in a Professional, Casual or Hinglish tone, and is aimed at Indian cafés, restaurants, salons and clinics. The same page lists a 7-day free trial and ₹799 a month. Its own website, when we checked, showed only the line “Screenshot bhejo. Reply lo.”, so we couldn't confirm more there.

Pick it if replying to reviews is the only thing you want a tool for.

Tapmore: replies plus the reviews themselves

Connect your Google Business Profile once. Good reviews get a short, specific reply in your business's name straight away; reviews of 1 to 3 stars get a careful draft that waits for you to check, edit and post, unless you choose to let them go out automatically. Replies follow the review's language, Hinglish and Hindi included, and for clinics and pharmacies never mention a patient or a health detail.

The same QR page also invites every customer to review you, after a private feedback box where unhappy customers can tell you first, within Google's rules. It's included in ₹400 a month or ₹3,999 a year, alongside the menu, loyalty card and Wi-Fi.

What to look for in any review reply tool

  • A check before bad-review replies go out, because a careless public reply costs more than a late one.
  • Replies that mention what the customer actually wrote, not one template for everyone.
  • The customer's language: English, Hinglish or Hindi.
  • Connection through Google's official Business Profile access, which you can remove at any time.
  • No promises of refunds or discounts in public replies.
