QR code menu for your café, restaurant or shop

A QR code menu is your menu or price list on a page customers open by scanning a code with their phone camera, with no app to install. With Tapmore you type it in or import it from a photo, print the codes, and change prices or mark items sold out any time without reprinting.

What does a QR menu show customers?

Your items in sections, each with its price, an optional photo and a short description. Customers search the menu, jump between sections from a bar along the top, and tap an item to see it larger.

For food there are veg, non-veg and egg marks, allergens, dietary tags like vegan or gluten-free, calories, and labels such as popular, new, spicy or chef's special. Customers can hide dishes with an allergen they avoid.

Does it work for shops and services, not just restaurants?

Yes. A shop or showroom gets a product grid or a simple list; a salon, clinic or gym gets a service list or a printed-style rate card. Prices can read “From ₹499” or “On request” where they vary, and items are marked available or not in one tap.

Shops and services can also add an “Ask on WhatsApp” or “Book on WhatsApp” button to each item, for when the page is shared online and a customer at home wants to ask before coming in.

How do I put my menu in?

Three ways, and you can mix them:

  • Type each item on one line with its price, grouped into sections.
  • Take a photo of your printed menu or price list: AI reads the items and prices, and you check them before saving.
  • Already have a menu online? Link to it, and the QR code opens it.

What happens when prices change?

Change the price in your dashboard and press save: everyone who scans sees the new price straight away. The printed QR code never changes, so there's nothing to reprint, ever. Mark today's specials and they appear in a strip at the top.

What else is on the same page?

The QR code opens one page for your business, and the menu is one card on it. The others are a digital loyalty card, the Wi-Fi password with a copy button, a private feedback box, a Google review invitation and your own links. You choose which cards show and in what order.

Questions people ask

Do customers need an app to open the menu?

No. They point the phone camera at the code and the menu opens in the browser, on any recent Android phone or iPhone.

Can I have more than one menu?

Yes: breakfast and dinner, a bar menu, or a separate price list. Each shows as its own tab.

Can customers order or pay from the menu?

Not yet: Tapmore shows the menu, and orders still go through your staff. If you already use an ordering website, add it as a link on your page.
