Questions people ask
Where do I find my Google review link?
Search for your business on Google or open Google Maps while signed in to the account that manages it. Open your Business Profile, tap “Ask for reviews”, then “Copy link”. It starts with https://g.page/ or https://g.co/.
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes, asking every customer is fine. What Google doesn't allow is paying for reviews, offering discounts in return, or only asking customers you expect to be happy.
Why don't some reviews show up?
Google filters reviews it thinks are suspicious, for example several posted from the same Wi-Fi network as the business. Let customers review from their own mobile data, in their own time.
